Scandinavian Fashion Oasis Finds its Niche in Surry Hills
Edgy fashion boutique by day- art gallery space by night, unique store Somedays embodies all the charm of its Surry Hills surroundings. Located in a loft space amidst the winding streets of warehouse spaces and restaurants in Surry Hills, this boutique has become a sought out oasis for fashionistas throughout Sydney.
Stocking a wide range of cult Scandinavian brands, they are sourced directly from the European catwalks twice annually by the store’s Swedish owners Mattias Friberg and Kristina Vikman. The eclectic fashion mix includes offerings from the likes of Cheap Monday, Dr Denim, Tiger of Sweden, Resterods and Kostym. It also supports local talent, stocking pieces from Australian fashion enigmas such as The Horse, Secret Squirrel and Skinny Nelson.

Somedays is the ultimate space for edgy non-commercial fashion purchases and accessories, with immaculate racks of men’s and women’s wear, as well as handmade sunglasses, jewellery and shoes.

The retail experience is complete for customers in this bright converted gallery space, with the white walls adorned with art from their latest exhibitions, and quirky vintage furniture… you might even glimpse the old wooden bar used for the gallery at its monthly Surry Hills gatherings!
